Saxon Bends – 10lb Ball X 10 each side

Bench Press + Plyometrics

5 plyometric pushups (pushup, clap, catch, repeat)

Burpees x 25 @ 1min 11secs

Windmills – 25lbs x 5 each side
Saxon Bends – 10lb ball x 10 each side
Static stretches – 10 minutes
