WORKOUT DESCRIPTION – Sunday – 9:15AM;  Bench Press

MOBILITY – 45lb bar combination – 20 reps each – Good Morning;  RDL + Shrug + Calf Raise;  Lunge; Overhead Press; and Overhead Squat.

BENCH PRESS (5 minute rest each set)
225 x 4
250 x 1
255 x 1
155 (+13lb chain) x 10 (wide grip – speed)
155 (+13lb chain) x 10 (narrow grip – speed)

TURKISH GETUP
3/4 rep x 80lb DB  (dropped on the way down with the left arm)
