WARMUP: 1 mile walk/jog; dynamic drills; 800 meters; build up – 40 meters, 60 meters, 80 meters

250 Meters (45 secs – 7 minute recovery)

3. 43.2 secs
4. 41.2 secs

Stretch / 1 Mile Walk
