WARMUP:  Jump Rope, Goblet Squats, TGU – 65lbs

CIRCUIT- 8 SETS
Jump Rope – 50reps
Pullup – 5reps
Kettlebell (24kg) Snatch – 20reps
Pistol Squat – 4reps
Single Leg Dead Lift – 24KG KB x 5
Ring Pushups – feet elevated – 10 reps
