CIRCUIT X 5 (2 minute recovery)
Jump Rope 100reps
Goblet Squat (24kg) x 5 reps
Single Leg Deadlift (24kg) x 5 reps each leg
Snatch (24kg) x 5 reps each arm
Step up on 18″ Box +20lbs 10 reps forward 5 reps each side
One Arm Row – 24kg – 5 reps each arm
Pullup – 5
