WARMUP: Jump Rope, Squat 135 x 10; 185 x 5; 225 x 2

CIRCUIT – Repeat for 4 sets (4 minute recovery)
Squat 260lbs x 2 reps
Box Jump – 18″ (drop & jump x 4 directions)
Reverse Muscle Up (8 secs each) x 5reps
Jump Rope 100 reps
One Arm Row – 80lbs x 5

ALFREDSON HEEL DROP (10 sec each rep)
15 reps x 2 sets each leg with 55lbs
