WARMUP: Jump Rope, Squat 135 x 10; 205 x 2;  225 x 2

CIRCUIT – Repeat for 4 sets (4 minute recovery each set)
Squat 250lbs x 3 reps
Box Jump – 18″ (drop & jump x 4 directions)
20 Meter Sprint (decline)
Pull-up x 5 (+25lbs)
One Arm Row – 80lbs x 5 each arm
