WARMUP:  Jump Rope; Supine Leg Whip – 3 sets of 8 reps

MACH HAMSTRING REHAB WORKOUT
Run 10 sets x 10 reps  x10meters  (total 1000 meters)
Jump rope 75 reps between each set (750 reps)

BENCH PRESS
135lbs X 10reps
185 X 5
225 X 6
230 X 3

ALFREDSON HEEL DROP
25lb – 15reps each side
