WARMUP:  Supine Leg Whip – 3 sets of 10 each side;  65LB Barbell, 10 reps – RDL / OHP / Good Morning / OHS

1 SET X 10 REPS
Overhead Press  – 95lbs
Squat – 155lbs
Deadlift – 225lbs
Hip Thrust – 225lbs
Bench Press – 155lbs
Pullup
Chinup
Ab Wheel

ALFREDSON HEEL DROP
+35lb – 15 reps each leg

Note:
Trained 20 days in April compared to 14 in March.
Trained 16 days out of the last 20.
