TRACK
Dynamic Warm up and Sprint Drills x 1 set (30 minutes);
Run (95% effort with 4 minute recovery: 200 meters; 150 meters; 110 meters; 80 meters

STADIUM STAIRS ( 11.5 seconds with 4.5 minute recovery)
Stair sprints – 10 reps
Decline Single Leg Pushups – 10 reps between each sprint

NOTE:
AM Heart Rate: 48bpm
