WARMUP:  Supine Leg Whip – 20 reps each leg; TGU – 25 lbs x 1; 80 lbs x 1 (caused muscle spasm)

INCLINE BENCH PRESS (1′ recovery)
135 lbs – 10 sets of 10 reps

FRONT RAISE / LATERAL RAISE (no recovery)
25 lb plate / 7 lb plates – 6 sets of 10 reps
