BENCH PRESS
230 lbs – 6 sets x 2 reps – 1′ recovery each set
230 lbs x 8 reps with 30″ recovery each rep

PULL UPS / CHIN UPS (+ 5 lbs)
50 sets of 3 reps – (25 seconds recovery each set)

NOTE:
Body Weight: 176 lbs
