HILL SPRINT (2′ recovery)
160 meters x 5 reps –85 – 95% effort

SQUAT (225 lbs x 60 reps)
225 lbs – 5 sets x 6 reps – 1′ rest each set
4 min recovery
225 lbs – 5 sets x 6 reps – 1′ rest each set
