Goblet Squat –  53 lbs
Step Up – 18″ Box
Overhead Squat – 45 lbs
Squat – 135 lbs
Single Leg Deadlift – 24 kg
Hanging Leg Raise

PLYOMETRICS
10″ drop / jump each direction – 4 sets of 4 reps
Single Leg Jumps – 4 sets of 10 reps

PUSH-UPS – single leg
4 sets of 10 reps
