135 x 10 reps
225 x 5 reps
245 lbs x 8 reps

DEAD LIFT (5′ rest, clean grip)
275 x 3 reps x 3 sets

HIP THRUST (2′ rest)
275 x 5 reps x 3 sets

REVERSE SLED DRAG (50 meters)
+ 75 lbs x 2
+ 100 lbs x 1
