LEFT SHOULDER REHABILITATION (40 reps each with 5 – 10 lbs)
Front/Lateral Flys, OHP, Supine raise from hip to full extension
Pulley – 5 mins.
Rehabilitation for left shoulder began mid June. Since surgery June 8, training has included Tabata squats, hill sprints and various lifts with right arm.
