SATURDAY; 1030 AM

CYCLING (velodrome)
20 minute warm-up
6 intervals x 2 laps (644 meters) at + 95% effort with 5-8 minute recovery
10 lap cool down

NOTE:
My goal was to improve my 500 meter time and handling the bike in the turns.  I used a 96″ gear. I intended to use a 90″ gear to increase cadence but forgot to bring it with me.   It wasn’t a difficult session but I was experiencing quite a drop off in the final straight and felt some leg fatigue later in the day.
