50 lap warm up
5 Lap Scratch
8 Lap win-n-out
15 Lap Snowball
40 Lap Points Race

NOTE:
Max heart rate got to 193.  I was dropped and lapped in the final two races.  A few other riders didn’t start which made the races even more difficult. A primary objective for me to improve next season is to increase my speed endurance – near maximal efforts for longer durations.  I can acutely recall what it feels like to stay in an elite masters group while others are getting dropped – it took years to develop that level of conditioning.   I can regain that form but it can’t be rushed.  I need to put together a solid base of conditioning and add another couple seasons of intense training and racing.
