Bench Press 160 x 5r x 2s
Squat – 215x 5r x 2s
Deadlift (clean grip) – 235 x 5r x 2s (3” platform)
KB Snatch – 28 kg x 30 r x 1s
Weighted carry 32kg/36kg x 50 meter hill and back
Pull-up x 5 (+10 lbs)
Chin-up x 5 (+10 lbs)
Ab roller – 20r x 1s
