Single Leg Dead lift Squat – 70 lbs x 5r x 4s
Landmine Press – (half kneeling) – 45 lb bar + 35 lb – 5s x 5r
KB snatch – (28 kg/32 kg) – 2r/2r x 5s each side
Plank – 1’

1 mile walk
