CYCLING (indoor)
30 mins easy

Been on fat loss plan two weeks tomorrow. My weight and body fat loss have stalled the past couple days but I’ve dropped a pants size. Speculation – my metabolism is adjusting to reduced caloric intake. Possibly guarding fat and retaining water. I’ve reduced caloric intake enough that weight loss will be inevitable at this rate. I may need to supplement protein at night. Energy level is good. Sleep is good. Cravings greatly reduced this week. I’m eating zero simple carbs. No snacks. No grains. Carbs are apples blueberries and strawberries. Some peppers and cucumbers.
