MONDAY 4:30AM

Push up – 20 reps x 4 sets
Pull up  – 8r x 4s
KB Snatch – 54 lbs x 5r x 2s R/L
Chin up – 8r x 4s
Split Squat 135 lbs – 5r x 2s
Ab wheel – 12r x 4s
Goblet Squat- 24 kg x 10r x 1s

NOTE
Sore/fatigued inner hip from working under car 8 hours on Saturday. Had difficulty getting leverage and was moving in some irregular patterns. I was unable to squat normally today.  Time change was this past weekend.

This is the fourth week of body composition plan.
