DB split squat – 100 lbs x 10r (5/5) x 2 sets
DB split squat body weight x 10r (5/5) x 2 sets
DB Step up – 100 lbs x 10r (5/5) x 2 sets
DB Step up – body weight lbs x 10r (5/5) x 2 sets
Push-up x 20r x 4 s
Chin-up x 7r x 4s
Bird dog x 20r (10/10) x 4s
Single leg bridge x 20r (10/10) x 4s
Body weight squat x 10r x 2s

Mile walk x 1

NOTE:

  • AM Body weight – 176 lbs
  • Lumbar pain moved from left to right overnight (7 out of 10). Assuming it is from tight hip flexors glutes and hamstrings. I had to reduce weight on leg exercises.
  • I’ve had lumbar soreness since mid February.  Mainly related to extension
