Pull-up x 8r
DB Split squat  – 20 lb dbs x 20r (10/10)
Single leg push-up x 10r
Chin-up x 8r
Bird dog x 20r (10/10)
Plank – 90 secs (Front30/L30/R30)
Single leg deadlift with Reach x 20r (10/10)

Mile walk x 1

NOTE

  • AM body weight 175.5 (about 10 lb loss over 6 weeks)
  • Right lumbar – more improvement; still unstable;  I should be able to increase intensity in another week.
  • Increased pull-ups/chin-ups to 8 reps – a good relative strength indicator
