CYCLING (rolling hills)

NOTE

  • Day 2 of “4 day spring camp”
  • I finished stronger than yesterday.  The weather was high 40°s / low 50°s.  Windy.  Also more climbing today. 
  • AM body weight 175.5 lbs.
  • I trained 18 days this month.  My goal was 20 but a head cold and back spasms prevented it.
  • My lumbar is still unstable but much improved
