CIRCUIT x 4 (8 lb weight vest)
Push up – 10 reps
Pull up – 5r
Single leg deadlift – 24 kg x 10r (5/5)
Split Squat – 95 lbs x 10r (5/5)
Chin up – 5r
Goblet Squat – 24 kg x 5r
Ab wheel – 5r

1.5 mile walk

NOTE:

  • lumbar stable enough to add weight
  • AM body weight 176.5
