CIRCUIT x 4 (+12 lb weight vest)
Push up – 10reps
Pull up – 5r
Split Squat – 100 lbs x 5r
Chin up – 5r
KB Snatch – 28 kg x 10r (5/5)
Ab wheel x 5r

1 mile walk

NOTE:

  • AM body weight 175
  • increased weight of vest and Kettle-bell

 

 

WEDNESDAY; 7PM

CYCLING  (Velodrome  B Category – 19 riders)
45 minute warm up

Omnium overall placing – 8th
8 -Lap Scratch  –  11th
8-Lap Win & Out – 8th
20-Lap Tempo – 6th
