CYCLING (velodrome)
20 minute warmup
12 x flying 200 meters @ 100% (93” gear)
2 min recovery each rep 5 min rest every fourth rep

20 lap @ 75 % (100” gear)
50 meter jump each lap (out of saddle)
10 lap easy cool down

NOTE:

  • AM Body weight – 174.5
  • right lumbar sore/stiff when I got up today.
  • Day 5 – 15%-10%
