Deadlift (hook grip) – 315 lbs x 2r x 3s
Squat – 225 lbs x 5r x 2s
Bench Press – 135 lbs x 8r
185 x 3
205 x 2
215 x 1
225 x 1
230 x 1

NOTE:

  • I haven’t bench pressed 225 lbs since last summer and 230 lbs since pre surgery almost two years ago.   Since I haven’t been bench pressing much at all lately, the volume of weighted push-ups and pull-ups must be carrying over.
  • AM Body weight 174 lbs
