CIRCUIT x 3  (4 minutes recovery each set)
Split Squat – 185 lb x 2 reps each leg
Single Leg RDL – 36 kg x 5 reps each leg
Resisted Sprint Start onto 6″ box – 5 reps with each leg in front
Resisted Mountain Climbers – 20 reps
Dips – 10 reps
